What is a 1/10th share?

Shared Ownership in Whistler allows multiple owners to share the cost and use of a property. Each owner has the right to stay in the suite for specific weeks every year, which means your Whistler plans are predictable and guaranteed. This is a deeded ownership with a 1/10 interest on the title.

The usage is based on a rotating calendar offfering 2 fixed winter weeks, 1 fixed summer week and 2 additional “float weeks” that can be booked from 10 months out.

There is one annual coast, currently $7,245 CAD. This amount covers property taxes, strata fees, utilities, maintenance, management, and housekeeping before and after your stay.

If you are not usinig your weeks, you can rent them out through the management. Or you can do you own rentals (Airbnb, etc).
